Whatcha' Readin? 2011

I put the year up there in the title because I asked you the same thing last year!
Can you believe it? And then I took all your comments and put the results in a nice, neat little post.
It was so much fun I'm doing it again this year. Only, I think I want to kick it up a notch. (Is that an Emeril Lagasse phrase, or does he just say, "Bam!") Sorry, back to the point.
I'd love to hear what you're planning to read this summer and where you're reading it - like at home, on vacation, or maybe if you're listening to it on CD, or on a kindle or nook- you know what I mean.
At the end of the summer, I'll take another poll to see what everyone finished.
And I think I'll throw in an Amazon gift card for someone to win because I really love supporting the reading habits of my awesome friends and followers.

So, since there's a little gift card involved, here are the rules:
1. Leave a comment letting me know what you plan to read (I'll post the results)
In ten weeks I'll have the wrap-up post.
2. Leave a comment (probably the first week of August) letting me know what you finished reading.
Random.org will choose the winner, so, no,  I won't be stalking anyone to verify. This is for FUN!

So let's have it. Whatcha' Reading?

For me, it's all about YA dystopian. I'll be reading POSSESSION by Elana Johnson, DIVERGENT by Veronica Roth, SAPPHIQUE by Catherine Fisher, and the list goes on ... and on ...

It is my goal this year to get through the Wheel of Time Series. I'm on book 8 and well on my way and have taken a few side trips to read some other Brandon Sanderson, Orson Scott Card, Dan Wells, and a few others.

What am I reading? I'm listening to Brandon Sanderson's "The Way of Kings" again (and taking notes).

I reading to my hubby Traci Hunter Abramson's book "Freefall".

And while I do cardio I'm reading Stephanie Black's book "Cold as Ice".

James, seriously? Have you read WoT before? I have several times (listened to anyway). It's amazing to me to go back to "The Eye of the World" and see how much Jordan set up right from the beginning. Brandon's doing a fab job finishing the series.

I'm finishing up the "Poison Study" series, then up next is "Akasha" by Heather Tregaskes, then I want to read Brisinger--have never gotten around to that one yet. I started reading the Great and Terrible series, but can't get into the first one. I might try to go back to it. How about you, Tamara? What are you reading?

I love your idea! I can't wait to read PETRONELLA SAVES NEARLY EVERYONE by Dene Low. I got a signed copy from her at LDStorymakers and it sounds like something I'll LOVE! I'm also dying to read STARCLIMBER, the last book in the AIRBORN Series by Kenneth Oppel. I've had it for quite awhile, but I haven't read it yet because I don't want it to be all over with! But I'll read it this summer - they're some of my very favorite books! Those are just a couple on my reading treat list! :) It's wonderful to meet you! :)
