Care Packages for Care Givers
Mother's Day 2015
This year we are reaching out to the Autumn House, a domestic violence shelter in the East Valley. It is a part of A New Leaf Foundation and provides services such as: safe housing, meals, and basic needs; case management, financial coaching, and workforce development; childcare; counseling for like skills and educational classes.
Our goal this year is to deliver at least 16 "Care Packages" to A New Leaf to be given to the moms in the Autumn House. We'd love to have your help. Your donations have brightened the day and made a difference in the life of a mom in a difficult situation in previous years and can do so again this year.
This is a smaller number of gift bags than last year or the year before, but our hope is to focus on a smaller group of moms in need.

Hand Lotion - white, non perfumed
Candy Bars –no nuts
Mints, gum
Small journals
*These are preferred items
Care packages will be delivered to the A New Leaf Foundation and given to women/mothers in the Autumn House on or around May 8th, 2015.100 % of donations used for care packages.
